RMA request

In order to send in your hardware for repair or replacement, you must FIRST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from AMBER. 

  • To get a RMA number, please register your product by using this RMA request form.
  • Please enter Part no. and serial no. of the product you would like to send in
  • Enter a brief description of the technical problem.
  • On receipt of this completed form, we will immediately issue a RMA number and send it to your email address.
  • The reshipment is only possible at your own expense, incl. customs
